At W.E.B. Designs, we maintain binders with the floor plans and elevations of many of our past projects. If one of our past designs meets your design requirements, or close to it, we can reuse those plans "as is" at a reduced fee of $0.35 per square foot under roof. We can then, at our hourly rate, do a review to verify that the plans are compliant with the latest codes, make any changes you may wish to make or are required for code compliance, generate a site plan for your property, and coordinate with the truss company and structural engineer. Often, if the plans are not used "as is" though, with minimal changes, it will typically be best to utilize our Semi-Custom Residential Design Service, Level D. If you would like to review the plans we have that may meet your needs, feel free to give us a call and let us know what your needs are. We will then review our past plans to determine if we have any designs that may work for you. If so, we can then arrange an in office meeting for you to review them.
