If one of Warren's past designs meets your design requirements, or close to it, he can reuse those plans "as is" at a reduced fee of $0.35 per square foot under roof. Warren can then, at his hourly billing rate, do a review to verify that the plans are compliant with the latest codes, make any changes you may wish to make or are required for code compliance, generate a site plan for your property, and coordinate with the truss company and structural engineer.
