Architectural Home Design Services are the most complete and detailed services that Florida Architect Warren E. Barry offers for new home construction projects. Service Level A is the same as Level B with the addition of construction observation. Construction Observation Services are important in order to verify that the home is built by the Contractor and sub-contractors according to the construction documents. If deviation from the construction documents is found, we notify both the contractor and the client of the deviation in writing so that it is documented and can be addressed promptly. During construction observation we visit the project regularly, compare the construction with the construction documents, and document the construction with photos of both the overall project as well as its assembly details. The client receives a digital copy to the photos taken by us during construction. We are also available to the contractor and client to answer any questions that may arise and to provide our opinion on topics of discussion.
