W.E.B. Designs offers Architectural Services for both residential and light commercial projects. Our Commercial Services are offered primarily for buildings with pitched roofs and include complete buildings, shell packages, and interior build-outs. Ideal commercial projects include office buildings for doctors, lawyers, accountants, realtors, and other professionals. We do offer services for other commercial project types though as listed on the "Project Types" page. Our Commercial Services are typically tailored to the needs of the particular project but our Commercial Services Fee Schedule will give you an idea of what to expect regarding the architectural fees.
The fees listed on the fee schedule include working directly with the client to create a design that is tailored specifically to their needs and the site. If the client wishes to generate their own basic design and have us revise it only as needed for constructability and code compliance, that can be a factor in reducing the listed fees. The amount of fee reduction will depend on several factors including the quality of the client's design, the amount of information provided, and whether or not the design is code compliant.
