Once the floor plan has been finalized and approved, the exterior elevations (and interior elevations if desired) are assembled for review by the client.
The elevations are being visualized while generating the floor plan but are now transferred onto paper for the clients review. At this time, they are detailed and adjusted to create a design which is balanced, properly proportioned, and attractive; all while maintaining the client's desired architectural styling and detailing.
As with the plan reviews, the client may, within reason, request adjustments to the elevations as desired. Client requested changes to the exterior elevations are rare though, Architect Warren Barry takes pride in his ability to generate very attractive elevations efficiently that meet or exceed the clients desires and expectations.
