Once structural coordination is completed, the final construction documents are generated and then signed and sealed.
The Construction Documents are the final drawings which are used by the contractor during construction. These drawings are transferred into PDF files which can be viewed and printed by any computer. These files are then sent to the printing company as well as to the client for their use in relation to the project.
Once the Construction Documents have been sent out, our services have been completed unless additional services for construction observation has been obtained.
